Characteristics
Fives proposes two types of core deburring.
Via semi-automatic or automatic calibration stations or by counter-form, cleaning brush or leveling scraper :
- manual or automatic loading/unloading of cores on the tools,
- design of tools based on the customer's technical data and core making tools,
- clamping of cores,
- operation of counter-forms, brushes or levelling scraper by pneumatic actuators,
- Self-cleaning of core tools,
- retrieval of sand in dedicated trays,
- analysis of the specific risks of the station.
Flexible cells robotised by specific tools :
- manual or automatic loading/unloading of cores on the tools,
- design of tools based on the customers'technical data,
- clamping of cores,
- automatic design of robot trajectories based on digitised core drawings,
- self-cleaning of core tools,
- automatic checking of wear and defets in tool,
- retrieval of sans in dedicated trays,
- analysis of the specific risks of the station.
